Oh my, one month already

Last month I released the first demo of Calvin. Until now, I've received nice feedbacks about it, not a lot though, but people seem to like the game so far, even people who're not used to point&click games. I'm glad about that. Game is not over though and I want to shape it the way I want it, which isn't completely the case right now.

Lip syncing is a bit tricky to implement in AGS because I'm using a custom talk animation. I didn't find a way to do it right now and to be completely honest, I'm thinking about using another engine to gain more flexibility.

Graphics aren't top-notch, they're nice, quite enjoyable I guess, but I would love them to feel more professionnal, more cartoon. The style target I'm looking for is somewhere between Leisure Suit Larry 7 and Futurama.

So, at the moment, I'm quietly looking for a 2D illustrator/animator. Contact me if you can help in any way. :)

That's not all! What I do all day long (well, not everyday) is writing more precisely the story of Calvin and learning to use the Godot Engine. To do so, I'm creating another game. I can't say much about it right now except that I'm exploring the interactive story genre in a different way that we usually see. I'm writing a lot for this game too. More news about it before the end of 2016 I hope.
